Planet Aid North Carolina Expands
New yellow collection bins placed in the greater Charlotte area.
To make dropping clothes off easier and more convenient for our donors in North Carolina, Planet Aid has expanded collections to Charlotte. The first bin was placed on February 16th and currently, there are 27 boxes in Charlotte, mostly located inside I-485 at daycares, produce stores and laundromats. We have one contractor collecting clothes and expect to see our first load of clothes from Charlotte arriving on February 24th. Planet Aid is aiming to have 50-60 boxes placed within Charlotte by the end of March and 100-150 boxes placed by the end of the 2010.
