Planet Aid will be talking with the public about textile recycling and collecting used footwear at the 8th annual Boston GreenFest. Those who donate their old shoes will receive a True Runner coupon and a free pedometer, while supplies last. A portion of the proceeds from the shoe collection will go to the Foundation for a Green Future, the nonprofit that organizes Boston GreenFest.
