By donating to Planet Aid, you're contributing to environmental sustainability and community development. Since 1997, Planet Aid has collected and diverted more than 2 billion pounds of used textiles throughout New England, significantly reducing waste and supporting local initiatives.

These initiatives support the broader community through activities like toy and backpack donations, as well as monetary contributions to local YMCAs, shelters, and soup kitchens. Our partnership fundraising benefits parent-teacher organizations, schools, municipalities, and other local organizations, strengthening our communities.

In line with Massachusetts' textile waste ban, Planet Aid partners with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) to provide sustainable reuse and recycling solutions, helping residents comply with the ban and promote a greener future.

By choosing to donate your used clothes and textiles at our Northborough Crossing location, you're playing a vital role in these efforts, contributing to both environmental preservation and the well-being of communities across Massachusetts.
